The legislation, introduced into the Senate by Dick Durbin, requires military aid to be cut to nations who exploit children by making them into soldiers or servants for soldiers. The proposed law also establishes investigations into the use of child soldiers in every nation where there is an embassy of the American government. Still, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joseph Biden, Chris Dodd, and Dennis Kucinich have not given their support to the bill.

Get it straight, Democrats. You were elected to end the war. So, end the war. All across America, the Democratic rank and file are furious that the Democratic leadership in Congress is preparing to give George W. Bush all the money he wants for his stinking rotten war, no strings attached!

Barack Obama has abandoned his once-strong opposition to war in favor of the more typical Democratic refusal to commit to anything in particular, and pussy foot around the issue, supporting the continuation of the war, while whining about it.
