Public Policy Polling released a survey of California voters today. On that survey was a question asking respondents about which Republican presidential candidate they would favor in the 2012 primary. The results were as follows:
Mitt Romney……………………………………………. 22%
Newt Gingrich …………………………………………. 18%
Sarah Palin …………………………………………….. 16%
Mike Huckabee ……………………………………….. 15%
Ron Paul………………………………………………… 10%
Mitch Daniels ………………………………………….. 2%
Tim Pawlenty ………………………………………….. 3%
John Thune…………………………………………….. 1%
Someone else/Undecided…………………………. 12%
Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are the top two vote-getters in this poll, the GOP’s best chances to take California away from Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election. It’s worrying that these two corporate shills are gaining such power.
But hey, California, you don’t have to just sit back and watch Gingrich or Romney coast to power. As a citizen, you have the right to push back.
The two campaign buttons you see here can help you express your resistance to the 2012 presidential campaigns of Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich.
Let’s start with Mitt Romney – the guy who will say anything and do anything so long as he thinks that it will get him ahead. First, Mitt Romney was in favor of mandatory medical insurance in health care reform – he instituted it as Governor in Massachusets! Now, he’s against exactly the same thing – just because Barack Obama is President, not him. What a hypocrite – you can oppose Mitt Romney’s absurd presidential campaign with this California Against Mitt Romney campaign button.
Then there’s New Gingrich. He tried to shut down the United States of America in the 1990s, and nearly wrecked our nation. Now, he thinks that California will give him the leadership of our great nation, riding a radical anti-government agenda to the top. No way, Gingrich. California remembers your politics of destruction, and voters here wear this California Against Gingrich campaign button as a result.
America has seen what happens when Republicans are given roles of responsibility. They trash and wreck the results of our democratic system, letting corrupt corporate profiteers pick over the remains. California isn’t going to go along with this plan, and that’s why California voters are resisting both Romney and Gingrich in 2012.
The John Maynard Keynes-Karl Marx economic system is what is destroying America. Neither one of these two left-wing Yoe Hoes are our Founding Fathers but the losers of the worst economic system in history. Don’t take my word go research it yourself. People around the world want to come here for our free market system and not the Marxist way of living. Common sense should dictate that if left wing idiology was the way to go then the Soviets would have won the Cold War. We are 14 Trillion dollars in debt due to Socialism and not Capitalism. Socialism needs to be privatize. End of story.
