Russ Feingold First In New Poll To Primary Obama

Earlier, we wrote that Russ Feingold had come in second, behind Montana’s governor Brian Schweitzer, in a poll asking which Democratic leader should challenge Barack Obama in a campaign to gain the Democratic presidential nomination in 2012.

Now, in another poll, Russ Feingold comes in first as the top pick out of ten choices for a Democratic challenger to Obama. Feingold has 39 percent of the vote in that online poll.

Hillary Clinton comes in second, with 15 percent of the vote. Howard Dean has 12 percent of the vote. Governor Schweitzer, on the other hand, comes in 4th with just 9 percent.

President Obama has lost my vote. For me to support him in 2012, he would have to UNdo the opinion that I have. This would be harder than trying to get my vote, because he is in the negative column. I do not plan to back him for president in 2012.

It would please me greatly to see Mr. Feingold as president. I wanted him in 2010. He is the purest and most honest of Congresspeople and his stand, which they love to call Radical, is really the desire of all Americans. Republicans simply know how to lie to those who are not too bright.

I would absolutely love to call my president, Mr. Feingold. God bless him.

    Sincerely,

    Debbie
