Alan Grayson, who lost his seat in the House of Representatives last year, has announced his intention to run for national office again in 2012… but which national office is he talking about?
A Grayson for Congress campaign is certainly possible, but many liberal Americans, fed up with Barack Obama’s increasingly right wing corporate politics, are hoping for something grander. They want to see Alan Grayson for President in 2012.
The creators of Irregular Times have designed political campaign buttons for both eventualities. Which do you choose?
…or…
… or both?

I don’t even live in his district but I’m willing to work on his campaign. I have watched his political career since its inception and I think he is one hell of a badass. He is the only dem that scares the tea baggers. I would like for him to work on eliminating the income cap ($196,800) so that the rich would have to pay into social security, which many of them have no qualms about collecting. Plus, I would like to see corporations pay more than 17 cents (GE, fiscal yr. 2010) to the IRS. If they are truly “people too” (Mitt Romney, todays Huff Po headline) than they should pay taxes, period. Grayson speaks in plain English, he’s Harvard educated, in other words an ivy league pit bull, which scares the shit out of the right.
